According to director Gore Verbinski Bioshock is still on… Well with one exception. They have to figure out how to lower the budget.
Originally the budget was $160 million and Universal wasn’t feeling that so the project got postponed. Now Verbinski and Juan Carlos Fresnadillo are trying to figure out how to lower the budget while still making it a great movie. Good news is that they hope to make the movie Rated R, as they should. Let’s hope everything works out.
