It was 80s night down in New Orleans, as they took on the Chicago Bulls earlier tonight. The highlight of the game wasn’t any part of the game, but instead Will Ferrell introducing the starting line-ups for both the New Orleans Hornets, and Chicago Bulls. Check out the video below:

Some sad news to report, Troy “Escalade” Jackson has passed away.
The younger brother of former NBA player and current broadcaster Mark Jackson, Troy was mainly known for his time on the “And 1 Mixtape Tour“.
Known by many as “Escalade”, Troy passed away in his sleep while visiting Los Angeles for this past weekend’s NBA All-Star festivities.
The WDD crew grew up watching “Escalade” and the rest of the guys from the “And 1 Mixtape Tour“, so this is pretty sad and shocking news to say the least.

UConn’s women’s basketball team beat Florida State today, and in the process broke the record for most wins by a team in College Basketball history. The previous record was UCLA men’s basketball team in the early 70’s. Maya Moore for UConn had 41 points and 10 rebounds in the win.
