Yelawolf & SlaughterHouse Join Shady Records

It’s official. Eminem has add some new artist to the Shady Records roster.

Both Yelawolf and SlaughterHouse have received plenty of co-signs and seem to be solid additions to the label.

The image above is from the new issue of XXL which you can pick up Feb. 8th.

Here’s what Em had to say about the signings.

“Yelawolf and Slaughterhouse, it’s kinda phase two of Shady,” says Eminem. “It’s the new generation of Shady Records and as we’re trying to rebuild our label, it’s exciting for hip-hop and with all of these forces coming together and with what everybody’s capable of on the mic, it’s gonna be fun.”

I wonder what a track with all of them would sound like, hopefully we find out soon.

  1. .Its just been announced that Eminem has signed rising star Yelawolf and the group Slaughterhouse to Shady Records.. .They feature on the next cover of XXL out February 8th…Eminem stated in a press release . Yelawolf and Slaughterhouse it s kinda phase two of Shady says Eminem. It s the new generation of Shady Records and as we re trying to rebuild our label it s exciting for hip-hop and with all of these forces coming together and with what everybody s capable of on the mic it s gonna be fun. .Yelawolf caught Eminems eye when producer Jim Jonsin of Yelawolfs Pop The Trunk.

  2. What keeps them from diftring off into outer-space?It should be getting colder as it goes up, & the balloon is farther away from earth. The further an object is from earth, the less the gravitational pull is, right? So it should be easier & easier to break free of the pull of gravity as the balloons go up.What keeps them from going up forever, or until their hot air supply runs out?
