Maggette To Bucks

The Golden State Warriors have dealt Corey Maggette to the Milwaukee Bucks for Charlie Bell and Dan Gadzuric. Maggette will receive $31 million over the next 3 years. The Bucks did make the playoffs and gave a little competition against the Atlanta Hawks even without Andrew Bogut. They have Brandon Jennings coming off a nice rookie season, and they could use help offensively. But I don’t know if Corey Maggette is the answer, especially for the price. There’s a lot of big-name free-agents this off-season and it just seems odd they went after Maggette. He is a good scorer, but not an all-star scorer like someone the Bucks need, as Michael Redd is getting up there in age.
